Returns and Warranty Policy
90-Day No-Quibble Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Roto VR purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return your product for a full refund within 90 days of purchase, subject to the terms below.

Free of Charge: Returns are free of charge.

Initiating a Return: To start the return process, please email us at returns@rotovr.com with your order number. We will provide you with the necessary instructions. To be eligible for a refund, you must physically initiate the return (e.g., drop the item off with the courier) within this 90-day period. If the return is not initiated within 90 days, this return policy becomes void, and the standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty policy shall apply instead.

Inspection and Refund: All returned goods must be sent to Roto VR Ltd or our nominated representative. A refund will be issued only after the items have been received and checked.

Condition of Returned Items: If items are returned incomplete, are lost in transit, or have additional damage not identified in your original return request, Roto VR Ltd reserves the right to reduce the refund amount by up to 90%. Our decision on this matter is final.

Full Refund: Provided the above conditions are met, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty
All Roto VR products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Free Repair or Replacement: If your Roto VR product becomes faulty during the warranty period, we will repair or replace any damaged or defective parts at no charge. This includes a full unit replacement if we deem it necessary.

No Cost to You: All repair and replacement costs, including shipping, are covered by Roto VR Ltd.
After the Warranty Period
If your Roto VR product requires repair or replacement after the 1-year warranty period has expired, these services will be chargeable.
Purchases from Other Retailers

Returns and Replacements: If you purchased your Roto VR product from a retailer other than Rotovr.com (e.g., Amazon, Costco, Argos), you must refer to that retailer's returns and replacement policy.

Manufacturer's Warranty: The 12-month manufacturer's warranty is still valid regardless of where you purchased your Roto VR product.

All of our products are covered by statutory consumer rights warranty.
