Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Signature will be required unless requested otherwise by the customer (customer will then assume liability of any lost or stolen shipments as a result). *Customer also assumes liability for any additional charges for having to “re-deliver” product when customers are not available to sign on initial delivery attempt. Orders will be re-credited for the full amount of both the product and any shipping fees incurred if cancellation/return is approved or results from one of the following instances [resulting in cancellation of the sale]:
(a) The order was cancelled by the customer and rejected at time of delivery
(b) The order was shipped erroneously by Roto VR Ltd.
(c) The order was Lost in Transit by Roto's Freight Carrier (w/ standard Delivery Signature required). At this time, Roto VR ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska*, Hawaii*, Puerto Rico*, Guam*, and the US Virgin Islands* [*Additional S/H Pricing May Apply]. Additionally, Roto VR ships merchandise to Europe*, Middle East*, Canada* and Mexico*, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Warranties
All Roto VR products carry a defect period of 90 days from date of purchase and a manufacturer part warranty of 1 year. Pre-orders will be shipped once the Product has been received at our local distribution centres.  After which time, each Order will be fulfilled within 1-5 business days upon receipt of the order [most orders will be processed in 3 days]. Shipment Notification with tracking number will be provided by e-mail once processed. Special/expedited handling services are available, but are subject to any additional fees involved [*please contact us for a courtesy quote for any expedited shipping services]. For expedited handling, these orders need to be received/approved by 10am PST [especially for orders involving same day processing requests] – additionally, availability of these services are subject to Roto VR holiday and office schedule as well. Roto VR has been designed for personal home use and is not designed for the robust environment of a typical 'arcade machine', often reffered to as out-of-home.  Please note Roto VR may offer an out-of-home solution in the future. Warranties do not cover misuse of product.

Sales Tax
Roto VR charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy
All Sales Are Deemed Final Once They Leave Our Warehouse – All Roto VR products carry a defect period of 90 days from date of purchase and a manufacturer part warranty of 1 year, however this does not include full returns of the product - any and all full returns will require *Pre-Approval before a complete return and credit will be accepted [*further information may be required for approval] – Roto VR will accept rejected, “pre-approved” order cancellations or returns for unopened packages and unassembled products only, and any such approved returns/rejections should occur “at” time of delivery.
